Natalie Sheflyand

Currently Natalie performs third party audits as Lead Auditor for multiple certification bodies providing her with valuable insight into the standards and their intent.  Ultimately, companies benefit from her auditing expertise and consulting support in securing their own ISO/Quality Management Systems certifications. Natalie has performed third party audits since 1999.

ISO/Quality Management Systems/Aerospace

In 1987 Natalie immigrated to the US from Minsk, Belarus (formerly of the Soviet Union) to pursue engineering opportunities. Her work experience includes part-time employment and being management representative since 2011 for ADMA Products and helped them achieve AS9100C certification at two sites. She also held the positions of Quality Assurance Manager and QS-9000 Management Representative for JACO Manufacturing Company where she was responsible for development, implementation and maintaining quality system requirements for QS-9000/ISO 9001. She developed the plan and time line for QS-9000/ISO 9001 implementation and certification, and completed and finalized the gap analysis.

At that time Natalie established and maintained procedures to control all documents and data and the traceability of incoming materials, in-process product and finished product. She also established and maintained documented procedures to ensure that production processes were operated under controlled conditions. Planning, scheduling and implementing internal quality audits were also her responsibility.

Automotive

Natalie was project engineer/QS-9000 coordinator and document control manager for Worthington Precision Metals for eight years. Her responsibilities included the design and development of new tooling for new and existing product lines. She also designed tooling, fixtures and processes for ABS (anti-lock brake system) components as well as for power steering sleeves and various transmission valve spools and races.

She is a US citizen.
