FastTrack Your Transition to ISO 9001:2015

Implementation Overview: We have designed an expedited approach to implement the 2015 changes based on lessons we have learned with numerous clients and through historical changes.  Through the FastTrack program we provide the expertise and coaching your team will need to develop and complete a clear roadmap in four months and be ready to upgrade your certification.  FastTrack will be held at your site, one day per month for four consecutive months with your designated ISO upgrade team. Cross the Finish Line and achieve upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 in 5 months’ time!

Implementation Agenda:

Month #1: Out of the Gate – Understanding the path to take to achieve the 2015 changes

• Training, Overview and discussion on Clause 4 through 5.2
• Your company’s Context of the Organization, relevant Stakeholders and Business Strategy
• Your current Quality Manual and Process Map (including outsourced processes)
• Strategy for upgrade with your Registrar
• Homework

Month #2: Setting the Pace – Getting comfortable with a good rhythm for completing the course for implementation

• Training, overview and discussion on Clause 5.3 through 7.5
• Your current procedures and documents
• Risk Management Training including use of Risk Tools
• Roadmap for Adequacy Tool
• Homework

Month #3:  Viewing the Dashboard – Checking that all systems are go

• Training, overview and discussion on Clause 8 through 9.1
• Roadmap for Adequacy Tool
• Your current Quality Objectives with monitoring, measurement and analysis frequencies.
• Applying the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to assess the adequacy of current goals
• Gap analysis checklist
• Homework

Month #4: Approaching the Finish Line Strong – Last Actions before the certification audit

• Complete ISO 9001:2015 Gap Checklist for Internal Audit for entire ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Management review
• Finalize the Registrar Audit – you are ready to cross the finish line!

Implementation Objectives:

• Achieve upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 in 5 months’ time
• Understand the new ISO 9001:2015 requirements clause-by-clause and the practical understanding of requirements
• Understand how to comply with new ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Develop a clear roadmap to upgrade your certification, complete that roadmap in 4 months
• Learn from an ISO 9001:2015 expert consultant and facilitator to see multiple options and gain insights to alternate solutions for managing and maintaining your quality system
• Understand and maintain the documentation and record requirements in ISO 9001:2015
• Understand the risk management requirements with risk-based thinking, and how your company will comply with those requirements
