Attention All ISO 9001 Users – ISO Wants Your Feedback

Attention all ISO 9001 certified companies and users – your feedback is requested!  ISO 9001:2015 is being reviewed by ISO/TC 176/SC2 (the ISO Subcommittee for Quality Systems). An online survey was created to obtain input regarding the standard and whether it is good as written or if it could be improved.

The ISO 9001 User Survey is available in 13 different languages and consists of 20 questions.  It should only take about 10 – 15 minutes to complete. The survey can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ISO9001_User_Survey_2020 and will close on 31 December 2020.

The Subcommittee will consider the survey results as part of its systematic review to decide whether the standard should be “confirmed” (i.e. left unchanged), revised or amended.
